Fermentis SafLager™ Yeast S-23 11.5 g

Bottom fermenting yeast originating from the VLB - Berlin.  A genuine German style dried lager yeast, developing the best of its lager notes under low-temperature fermentation (46-50 Deg. F). Good flocculation with excellent attenuation makes S-23 an excellent choice for the production of a wide range of lager and pilsner beers.
